This thing is 16 years old. That's just a bit older than me.

I also realized that I drink Scotch older than you... man I'm getting old.

It's about a year older than me. :o

It's that old, yet I still really like the thing.
Wishful thinking, but I wish Nissan would keep this around and update it to be a sort of R50 Pathfinder of a different name.

Not really. It was redesigned and moved to the F-Alpha platform in 2005. The 2000-04 XTerra was on the D40 platform.
So the current truck is in its 11th season for 2015.

Have you ever had Scotch older than you?

Oldest I've had is 25 years, can't afford 30+ year Scotch. The 25 year was bought by me and 3 other buddies which is the only way we could afford it.

I think the oldest I have had is JW Blue label, which is 20 year I believe. I have been a fan of JW for awhile (since 2010, but I almost never drink anymore) had the green regularly, Gold a couple times.

Good. Now get off my lawn, youngin.

Damn. That's younger than I thought.

Not a huge fan of blended Scotch, I enjoy single malts way more. JW Blue is a 21 year whiskey and is not bad, but I think Balvenie 15 tastes way better.
Now if you like Green, you'll love Lagavulin or Laphroaig, they're my favourite out of the Islay Scotches.

I did not know and still pretty much still do not know enough about scotch.

I believe Nissan just announced 2015 is the end of the line... RIP Xterra.
